Your Property's Selling Price

Once you've decided to sell your home, the first step is to evaluate your home and determine a price.

As your broker, I start this process by compiling prices of other comparable homes in your area, and make adjustments based on differences between your home and the other properties. This is known as a 'comparative market analysis', or CMA. We will use this information to get a more accurate picture of what your home may be worth in the current market.

Marketing Your Property

Once we've done some number crunching and decided on a price, it's time to create marketing materials and put together a marketing plan for optimizing your home's presence in the Real Estate Market.

Being an experienced professional photographer and designer (in a previous career) has it's advantages in being able to produce the results you're looking for. I start by completely photographing your house and post processing the pictures, digitally correcting anything that needs adjusting, to make your house look it's best on all of the marketing materials.

The Multiple Listing Service

Then we'll put a sign in your front yard, and most importantly, get your house listed on the major northwest Real Estate search tool - the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). In addition, your home will be advertised on a numerous Real Estate websites, including many Real Estate search engines.

Other Methods For Marketing

We can discuss the many options available for marketing your home, such as open houses (both for the public and special 'agent-only' open houses), networking connection such as relocation services, and internet related marketing.

I'm an out-of-the-box thinker and am always working on fresh ideas for getting the word out to potential buyers.
